Made to order

Almost everything we make is made to order — in your size, in your metal, to your specification. Because of that we do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please ask us anything before you order. Sizing, weight, stones, finish, how a piece wears — we'd far rather spend ten minutes getting it right than have you disappointed. Click the Chat button on any page or email us.

If something is wrong, we will fix it

We stand behind our work. If your piece arrives faulty, or in the wrong size, metal or stone compared to what you ordered, we will put it right at no cost to you — repairing or remaking the piece and covering shipping both ways.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, with clear photographs of the piece. Every piece is photographed and filmed before it leaves our workshop, so we can compare directly.

What we don't do is refund, because each piece is made specifically for you and can't be resold.
