Art Deco Fan Drop Earrings, 14K Gold and Moissanite, Ready to Ship

A pleated fan opens above a lantern drop. The fan is worked in fluted gold that catches light along every ridge; below it hangs a tapered lantern in yellow and white gold, cage-ribbed and finished with a pointed finial. Moissanites are set along the front-facing edges so the sparkle sits where the light hits first and reads from across a room rather than only up close. The silhouette borrows from Art Deco and Egyptian Revival: the fan is a palmette, a motif that has been carved into columns and set into jewellery for several thousand years. At 31 mm they have real presence on the ear while staying light enough to wear all evening.
