We reply with a quote and timeline based on the level of customization. Payment is due upfront to begin.

We design your piece and send a sketch for approval — nothing is crafted until you love it.

Stone cutting

Your stones are cut, shaped and sized precisely to the approved design.

Crafted & shipped

Handcrafted and delivered about 2–3 weeks after sketch approval. Worldwide shipping, US duties covered.

Pricing

Every commission is quoted individually based on metals, stones, and complexity — from 18K gold-filled through solid 14K/18K gold. You'll have an exact number before anything begins; payment is due upfront once you approve it.

Timeline

Around 3–4 weeks total — typically 2–3 weeks after your sketch is approved. We confirm your timeline with the quote.

Shipping

Worldwide shipping. US and Canada orders arrive with no customs or duty fees; elsewhere we prepay most duties and taxes — any local clearance fee should not exceed $50.
