Georgian Victorian Pavé Rope Tennis Necklace with Moissanite or Lab Diamonds, Oxidized Silver and 18K Gold, 35 Ct

A continuous rope of light. This necklace is pavé-set the whole way around with approximately 35 carats of moissanite or lab-grown diamonds, held in blackened sterling silver and finished with a solid 18K yellow gold clasp. The oxidised silver is a deliberate nod to Georgian and Victorian practice, where diamonds were set in darkened silver so the metal would disappear and leave only the stones. Here the technique turns a 4 mm tube into something that reads as pure brilliance from every angle — there is no back to this necklace, no flat side, no dull moment when it turns on the neck. At 16.75 inches it sits high on the collarbone, worn alone as a statement. It also makes an exceptional chain for any of our ball chain pendants, the darkened setting letting a coloured stone or portrait pendant sit against it without competition.
